At Assembly we have a strategy to treat people great, give them coffee and thoughtful, beautifully designed gifts and treats throughout the year. Then they tell people about us. That's been working for the last 10 years.

​We do a mixture of gifts left on desks, just because, holiday and occasion gifts, impromptu treat days (ice cream or cupcakes delivered to desks) and Blenders where our members get an invitation to come and join the community at lunch for great food, games, and prizes.
